Third, you want to stay away from caffeine. Caffeine is not a good thing for your body will tell you so if you’re a person who loves caffeine. So, don’t take in that much caffeine.

Last, you want to be healthy. Eating right will help you keep your weight under control. Eating right will keep you going strong and stay healthy. So, make sure you’re eating right.

Fourth, sanitize your hands after you’ve used the bathroom. It is embarrassing when you have wet your hands while you are wiping yourself down and so forth. And, that makes you sick.

Fifth, clean up after yourself and use a sanitary towel after you’ve finished. It’s easy to do, but it’s not very pleasant.

Just keep in mind, those are five great things to consider when you are thinking about the bathroom. And, if you don’t think there are any, that’s fine too bad for you.
